Effective date: August 4, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to OhFuckOhYeah.com, the customer portal, licence services, downloads, issue forms, and use of the licensed Software. The customer operates its own video platform and is responsible for its own content and users.
1. Lawful use
You may use the website and Software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the contracts, rules, and approvals applicable to your hosting, domain, Bunny.net, payment processor, financial institution, and other service providers.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use the website or Software to create, upload, distribute, sell, promote, or facilitate:
- child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, or any exploitation of a minor;
- non-consensual intimate material, hidden-camera content, coerced content, trafficking, sexual violence, or content published without required performer or subject consent;
- content that violates applicable age, identity, consent, recordkeeping, or verification requirements;
- fraud, impersonation, deceptive billing, money laundering, unauthorized payment activity, stolen financial information, or evasion of processor rules;
- malware, ransomware, credential theft, phishing, unauthorized access, denial-of-service activity, or instructions primarily intended to compromise systems;
- material that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- unlawful threats, targeted harassment, doxxing, or incitement to criminal conduct;
- any other material or activity prohibited by applicable law or the customer's third-party providers.
3. Adult-content businesses
A customer operating an adult-content platform is solely responsible for confirming that every performer and depicted person is an adult, has provided legally sufficient consent, has authorized the distribution and monetization at issue, and is covered by any required identity, age, release, and recordkeeping process. Software functionality does not substitute for legal compliance or processor approval.
4. Intellectual property and complaints
The customer must maintain a reasonable process for receiving and resolving infringement, privacy, consent, and removal complaints concerning its platform. R18 Entertainment is not the publisher or host of customer content merely because the customer uses licensed Software.
5. Security abuse and piracy
You must not attack OhFuckOhYeah systems, test vulnerabilities without authorization, scrape protected data, abuse rate limits, share customer accounts, distribute installation packages, publish licence keys, bypass domain checks, remove protection, reverse engineer the Software, or assist another person in unauthorized copying or activation.
6. Enforcement
R18 Entertainment may investigate suspected violations and may suspend portal access, downloads, issue-form privileges, installation work, or licence validation where reasonably necessary to protect systems, enforce agreements, address payment reversal, or respond to credible unlawful-use information. We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
7. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for its own terms, privacy notice, refund disclosures, age controls, content policies, moderation, complaint channels, taxes, subscriber support, and compliance procedures. R18 Entertainment does not assume those functions through software licensing or initial installation.
