Effective date: August 4, 2026
1. Digital software licence
The OhFuckOhYeah product is a non-returnable digital software licence. Once an order is accepted and any of the following occurs, the licence fee is non-refundable: the customer account is created, the purchased build is made available, a download link is issued, the licence key is generated or displayed, the licence is activated, or protected digital materials are otherwise delivered.
2. Software plus installation package
The $380 USD package is one total purchase that includes the current software licence and initial installation. The digital licence portion becomes non-refundable upon delivery as described above. The installation portion becomes non-refundable once scheduling, environment review, credential coordination, file deployment, database work, configuration, or other installation activity begins.
3. Customer prerequisites
No refund is provided because the customer lacks a compatible domain, hosting environment, SSL certificate, database, Bunny.net account, eligible payment processor account, credentials, permissions, or other stated prerequisite. Customers must review the public requirements before purchase.
4. Third-party refusal or cost
No refund is provided because a hosting provider, Bunny.net, payment processor, bank, card network, email provider, government authority, or other third party rejects, suspends, restricts, delays, or charges the customer. Third-party accounts and approvals are separate from the software purchase.
5. Change of mind or business results
No refund is provided for change of mind, failure to launch, lack of content, low sales, insufficient audience, dissatisfaction with a third-party service, inability to obtain processor approval, misunderstanding of the self-hosted model, or expectation of features not expressly included in the purchased release.
6. Hosting incompatibility discovered after purchase
The customer is responsible for selecting compatible hosting. Where the installation package was purchased, R18 Entertainment may identify a blocking incompatibility and allow the customer a reasonable opportunity to correct it or move to a compatible environment. A customer's refusal or inability to provide a compatible environment does not create a refund right once the digital licence has been delivered or installation work has started.
7. Duplicate or unauthorized transaction
A customer should report a demonstrable duplicate charge or unauthorized transaction promptly through the payment provider and the relevant private account route. Verification of such a claim is not the same as a discretionary product refund.
8. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or reversing payment after delivery may result in immediate suspension of portal access, download access, installation work, and licence validation while the dispute is reviewed. R18 Entertainment may provide the processor with order, acceptance, delivery, login, download, activation, domain, and communication records reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
9. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory law requires a remedy, the remedy will be limited to the extent required by that law.
