Software licences, installation and your customer account.
The production software version identified at purchase, one REG-KEY for one production domain, and account access to its assigned download and receipt. The one-time software price is $180 USD. Optional initial installation is a separate $100 USD service purchased after an eligible software purchase. Hosting, content, third-party services and future versions are not included.
No. Livestream and eShop require the OFOY Tube Site software and cannot work independently. They attach to the eligible software licence using its existing REG-KEY. Check their release status and the bundle details on Pricing.
No. OFOY software and installation prices are one-time charges. There is no automatic OFOY renewal to cancel. Your hosting, video delivery and other providers may charge separately. Membership payments collected on your independent site are separate from OFOY purchases.
Your download, REG-KEY and receipt are in your customer account after payment confirmation. New customers receive a password-setup link by email; existing customers use their current login.
Check Inbox and Spam/Junk for sales@ohfuckohyeah.com, then try your existing customer login if you already have one. Contact support@ohfuckohyeah.com with the purchase email and order reference before paying again. Do not send a full card number, CVC, password or API key.
After installation payment, we contact you within 24–48 hours to coordinate the work. Installation details.
Completed purchases are final except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Report non-delivery, duplicate or unauthorized charges promptly to the monitored support address for verification and resolution. There is no recurring OFOY subscription. Contact support before installation work begins if you need to request a service cancellation; a request does not automatically change payment or refund status. Read the full policy.
