Effective date: October 31, 2026
1. Digital software licence
The current OFOY product is a non-returnable digital software licence. A completed purchase is final under this policy. A pending order or the creation of an account record by itself is not proof that payment was accepted or that the purchased build, download, or licence was delivered. Reports of non-delivery are handled under section 8 below.
2. Covered purchases
This policy applies to the software, licence rights, add-ons, and installation services expressly identified in an accepted order. Installation is a separate purchase and does not create another software licence or REG-KEY.
3. One-time purchases and cancellation
OFOY does not add a recurring subscription or automatic renewal to these purchases. An order that does not complete is not a completed purchase. Once a purchase completes, it cannot be voluntarily cancelled and is final except where a mandatory law requires otherwise.
4. Customer prerequisites
No refund is provided because the customer lacks a compatible domain, hosting environment, SSL certificate, Bunny.net account, eligible payment processor account, required third-party credentials, permissions, or other stated prerequisite. Customers must review the public requirements before purchase.
5. Third-party refusal or cost
No refund is provided because a hosting provider, Bunny.net, payment processor, bank, card network, email provider, government authority, or other third party rejects, suspends, restricts, delays, or charges the customer. Third-party accounts and approvals are separate from the software purchase.
6. Change of mind or business results
No refund is provided for change of mind, failure to launch, lack of content, low sales, insufficient audience, dissatisfaction with a third-party service, inability to obtain processor approval, misunderstanding of the self-hosted model, or expectation of features not expressly included in the purchased release.
7. Hosting incompatibility discovered after purchase
The customer is responsible for selecting compatible hosting. Where the installation service was purchased, R18 Entertainment LLC may identify a blocking incompatibility and allow the customer a reasonable opportunity to correct it or move to a compatible environment. A customer's refusal or inability to provide a compatible environment does not create a refund right.
8. Non-delivery, duplicate charges, or unauthorized billing
Report a missing digital delivery, demonstrable duplicate charge, or unauthorized transaction promptly to the monitored address support@ohfuckohyeah.com. Existing customers may also use the relevant private issue form. Include the purchase email, order reference if available, amount, currency, and transaction date. Do not send a full card number, card security code, password, or private access key.
R18 Entertainment LLC will verify the order, payment status, delivery record, and available processor information and will resolve a confirmed error or non-delivery according to the actual transaction status and mandatory law. This verification process is not a discretionary product-refund offer. A customer reporting unauthorized billing should also promptly contact the card issuer or relevant payment provider.
9. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or reversing payment after delivery may result in immediate suspension of portal access, download access, installation work, and licence validation while the dispute is reviewed. R18 Entertainment LLC may provide the processor with order, acceptance, delivery, login, download, activation, domain, and communication records reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
10. Installation service
The separate $100 USD installation purchase is final once completed except where a mandatory law requires otherwise. Coordination timing, installation scope, and customer prerequisites are stated in the Installation Policy.
11. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy excludes a right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where mandatory law requires a remedy, the remedy will be limited to the extent required by that law.
